RPOF'S CHRISTMAS GIVING
RPOF works with several local non-profit organizations who donated bicycles, beds and toys to families in need during the holiday season. The families are appreciative of the great community relationship between law enforcement and local families.
The Redlands Police Officer’s Foundation donated gifts to children who were victims of crimes at the Children’s Assessment Center in San Bernardino today. RPOF members helped pass out the gifts to the less fortunate children as they got to take a photo with Santa. The RPOF is glad to have a great relationship with CAC and glad to help children in need.
The Redlands Police Officer’s Foundation donated a shopping cart full of toys to the Stuff-A-Bus toy drive held at Redlands High School. The toys were giving to help less fortunate children in Redlands during the holiday season. Thanks to all the generous donations that helped to make a difference in a child’s life.
The RPOF participated in the Cops 4 Kids annual event at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital. The RPOF assisted with donating toys for the event and met with patients. Thousands of toys were gathered by local law enforcement agencies across Southern California. The toys were then personally distributed to the children who are patients.
Redlands Police Officer’s Foundation member Officer Wayne Reid flew out with the Redlands Airport Association to 29 Palms to deliver toys to Marines. The delivered over 500 toys, 10 bikes, and $1000!
The Redlands Police Officer’s Foundation sponsored 5 children to attend shop with a cop at the Redlands Target store. With all the sponsors and donations we were able to provide over 150 less fortunate children with a shopping spree at Target! Thank you to all the sponsors and volunteers for making this a successful event! There were so many smiling faces leaving Target.
