Mission Statement

  The RPOA strives to make a positive impact for our community and our members. As law enforcement officers, we are committed to protecting the community and providing a safe environment to enhance the quality of life. As an association we are committed to providing safe working conditions, a wellness program, and seeking competitive benefits packages, for our members. The men and women of the RPOA feel honored and privileged to serve the people of Redlands, and we are thankful for the support of all those who work with us to make Redlands one of the safest and most prosperous cities in California.
